These stories are often not only inspiring but can also lead to valuable connections and unforgettable moments that propel us further in our field. In recent years, I have had the opportunity to work on projects where art, culture, heritage, and social engagement come together. From local initiatives to international collaborations, always with the same curiosity: How do we bring people, stories, and ideas together? And above all... what do we want to set in motion with that?
It is this curiosity that drives every successful collaboration and inspiring project. I believe that the most beautiful development occurs when people stay curious, learn from each other, and dare to build something that is greater than themselves. This process is not only valuable for those involved but also for the wider community that benefits from the outcomes.
My artistry has always been my starting point. It has taught me to look differently, to see connections, and to discover possibilities where others mainly see obstacles. This unique perspective on the world allows me to find creative solutions to complex issues. But I have also discovered that my greatest strength does not lie only in coming up with ideas. My strength lies in making them possible.
I am a creative pragmatist. This means that I don’t just dream, but I also turn those dreams into tangible results. I listen, connect, and create movement. I get energy from a bit of chaos from which something beautiful emerges. Because it is precisely by empowering others and realizing something together that moments are created that people carry with them for years to come. It is these shared experiences that connect us and help us grow as individuals and as a community. I do not only develop concepts or learning moments. First and foremost, I develop collaboration. This is the core of my work and the foundation on which I build my projects.
For the upcoming period, there is an opportunity for a beautiful new collaboration of about 16 to 25 hours per week. At a cultural institution, a heritage organization, a social organization, or perhaps in a place that hasn’t come to my attention yet. These opportunities not only provide chances for personal growth but also for strengthening the impact of the organization. Perhaps you read this and think about your organization. Maybe you think of someone in your network. Then it would be wonderful to meet and explore what is possible.
Because the most beautiful collaborations seldom begin with a job vacancy. They start with an open conversation, an exchange of ideas, and a shared vision.
