After returning home from Montenegro, I had the pleasure of attending the biggest traditional boxing event in the Netherlands — the 17th Annual Ben Bril Memorial, honoring the incredible legacy of the legendary boxing figure Ben Bril.
Together with my wife Ingeborg, my daughter Teddy, and many boxing friends, we truly enjoyed a night of top-level Olympic-style and professional boxing at the historic Theater Carré.
The event featured thrilling matchups with seasoned warriors like Willy Kyakone and Bilal Somay, as well as rising star Tony Jas — a true celebration of Dutch boxing talent.
My sincere thanks to one of the best promoters in the Netherlands, Hans de Bruijn, for the outstanding organization and unforgettable atmosphere. Wishing you many more spectacular events like this one!
