The path of an Artist

If, after so many searches as a autodidact creative , you are allowed to stand personally and professionally in an environment where you can finally show your individuality and art, it is an indescribable feeling. It tells where I came from  a small town in Belgium with loving parents but no money to support any higer Art education.

I had to learn it by myself…. 
 

Why am I sharing this on Putiton ?
Because my  journey of life and work is exactly where inspiration and my being come together. Without judgment, without noise. No monkeys talking, no distractions. Just my intuition, my heart, my hands I am being open for new commision work to make spaces within buildings, homes, offices more personal and alive..

For years I have hidden this desire to create my visual Art, kept it mostly invisible, afraid perhaps, or just not ready yet.  Since my focus was on survival and performing Art. One day,  I decided that the only way to find out what my soul  was  trying to say  was to start doing it. So I picked-up my brushes and canvas and my mind found the space of freedom. 

And now... I am standing here.

Between my works, in a space that makes sense. And I feel, this is coming home.  Soon there will be an Exhibition in the Dutch  Monastary Bovendonk were my Art Studio is located and the dream became real.
