I found this HBR article, A Workaholic's Guide to Reclaiming Your Life and the 6 strategies it proposes were beneficial:
1. Redefine "Urgent" โณ: Not everything is urgent. Look back at tasks to see what really needed immediate attention.
2. Reinvent Your To-Do List ๐: Use tools like the Eisenhower Matrix to prioritize and focus on what truly matters.
3. Learn to Say "No" and Delegate ๐
