And that's okay. Too often, top performers are promoted to manager, while leadership requires a completely different skill-set.
Being strong in your profession does not mean that you can lead, inspire, guide or strategically grow people. And you don't have to.
Sometimes let experts excel in what they do best and where they make the most impact!
