I worked closely with a legal team and a financial consulting firm to finalize a three-year business plan, motivated the existing team to support our takeover, and personally pitched the "dossier de reprise" in front of the judge.
The vision was ambitious: to create an all-inclusive real estate group dedicated to workspace solutions.
But execution fell short. The family office failed to provide the promised support in the first two months, and early internal misconduct undermined trust and momentum.
The opportunity was real, the foundation solid — but without aligned commitment, the project could not succeed.
