I was reading a recent Boston Consulting Group (BCG) article โ๐ฏ๐๐ ๐ช๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ช๐๐ ๐ป๐๐๐๐๐โ reminding us that longer lives
can strengthen, not strain, our economies if we redesign inclusive collaboration work environments.
It starts with rethinking the employee lifecycle:
