Peter Post’s career is marked by a global journey through leadership, innovation, and purpose-driven impact. Beginning his professional path with international marketing and design internships at Mars, SIP Project Management in Shanghai, and ABN AMRO Bank in Amsterdam, Peter quickly developed a strong foundation in business strategy and cross-cultural collaboration. His expertise deepened at FME—the Dutch association for the technology industry—where he spent over seven years driving business development and international partnerships. He later joined Task Force Health Care (TFHC), rising from General Manager to Managing Director, leading public-private collaborations that elevated Dutch healthcare innovation on the world stage. In 2020, Peter brought his strategic acumen to Los Angeles, where he founded and directed the Netherlands Business Support Office (NBSO LA). Under his leadership, the office grew from inception to become a cornerstone for Dutch entrepreneurs in the U.S., supporting over 700 companies and facilitating $80M+ in business value. Building on this momentum, Peter co-created NLA – LA28, a dynamic Dutch hub in Los Angeles celebrating innovation and creativity ahead of the 2028 Olympic Games, where he now serves as Strategic Liaison. Alongside this, he founded The Happiness Model, an initiative that helps individuals and organizations align purpose with performance. Peter Post’s educational journey reflects a deep curiosity for innovation, creativity, and human potential—foundations that shaped his global career. He began his studies at the Grafisch Lyceum in the Netherlands, where he developed his first passion for design, project management, and visual communication. Eager to combine creativity with business, he pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Management Studies at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, majoring in marketing and finance. During this time, Peter demonstrated early leadership as a university council member, co-founder of the student association INTAC International, and one of only seven students awarded the prestigious VSB Fonds Scholarship to study abroad. His international perspective expanded further during an exchange program at Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico, where he explored intercultural management, negotiation, and international finance. Peter then continued his academic journey at Oxford Brookes University, earning a Master of Science in Innovation, Creativity, and Enterprise with Overall Distinction (cum laude). His groundbreaking dissertation on virtual worlds as knowledge management tools earned him dual honors for Best Dissertation and Best Overall Performance at the Business School. Later, Peter deepened his interest in personal and organizational growth through advanced certifications from HarvardX, UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center, and the International Association of Professions Career College, focusing on happiness, leadership, and life coaching. These academic achievements reflect not only his intellectual drive but also his lifelong commitment to integrating business innovation with human fulfillment.
