Jason Oleana is a Dutch AI Engineer and Entrepreneur born on February 17th, 1994 on Bonaire in the Caribbean Netherlands. 

He is the founder of JSON AI B.V. and co-founder of Genius Voice, where he has helped pioneer advanced chat and voice assistant technologies. With more than seven years of hands-on experience, Jason specializes in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, multi-agent LLM systems and backend development. 

He has delivered Conversational AI solutions for leading organizations including Tilburg University, SchoolTV and major municipalities such as Rotterdam, Utrecht and Tilburg.

Jason grew up with a strong passion for technology, creativity, and problem-solving. These interests naturally steered him toward the field of artificial intelligence.

He studied Data Science, Marketing, and Economics, and completed a Master of Science in Data Science and Society. This education provided him with a solid mix of analytical thinking, machine-learning development, and technical expertise, which formed the foundation of his future engineering work.

Sharing knowledge has always been an important part of his character. Because he enjoys helping others grow, he gave several presentations and workshops at Tilburg University. In these sessions he showed students how to deploy their machine-learning models and guided them through the practical steps of turning ideas into working solutions. His goal was to make the topic more accessible and to help students gain confidence in bringing their work to life.

Jason began his career as a Python Developer and AI Engineer, where he quickly shifted from building small AI models to creating complete, reliable systems that organizations could actually use in daily operations.
 

As co-founder and CTO of Genius Voice, he helped build one of the first advanced chat and voice assistant platforms in the Netherlands. He worked on major projects for Tilburg University, SchoolTV and several large municipalities. In this role, he helped organizations improve their online communication and customer experience by making information easier to find and services more accessible.
 

During his work with the Municipality of Tilburg, Jason contributed to digital assistant systems now used by more than 24 cities in the Netherlands. His work helped municipalities offer faster, more accurate and more user-friendly support to residents.

As a Generative AI Engineer at Power by AI, he designed modern AI platforms that connected different intelligent components into one smooth, automated system. His work made it possible for businesses to use AI more efficiently and with better insights.
 

Today, through JSON AI B.V., Jason helps organizations design and launch AI solutions that truly work from end to end. He builds systems that combine data, technology and business workflows into one unified experience. His focus is on creating solutions that are scalable, practical and aligned with each organization’s goals.
