I’m a strategic and hands-on leader in IT and Learning & Development, currently working as project manager for Capgemini Group L&D. Until recent I served as Director of Capgemini Educational Services B.V. (Capgemini Academy). Capgemini delivers cutting-edge IT learning solutions for external clients, helping professionals grow and adapt in a fast-changing tech landscape.

Previously, I led international event teams as Event Director for Capgemini University in Paris, where I was accountable for results and budgets across global campus events. I thrive in high-impact roles that require clear direction, autonomy, and decisive execution.

Alongside my leadership roles, I work as a trainer, facilitator, and coach. I design and deliver learning formats in project management, consultancy, and presentation skills—across cultures and continents, from Canada to China and India to Italy. I’m energized by helping people expand their comfort zones and discover new capabilities.

My core strengths lie in creativity and delivery—a balance of vision and execution that ensures success across programs, projects, courses, and events.
